Yes — iOS and Android. Guards can clock in, scan patrol checkpoints, report incidents, request backup, and message their manager, all from the app. It works offline too, syncing when signal returns.
When you add a site, you set a radius (default 150 m). When a guard clocks in or out, BeVigil checks their GPS position and flags if they're outside the geofence. You can see this on every attendance record.
No. The client portal is read-only and scoped to only the sites you assign them. They see guard coverage, patrol activity, and incidents at their site — nothing else.
The mobile app queues clock-ins, duress alerts, and attendance records locally and syncs them automatically when connectivity returns. Nothing is lost.
It's $5 AUD per guard per month, with a minimum of $30/month (6 guards). You can add or remove guards any time — your bill adjusts at the next cycle.
