By accessing or using BeVigil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
BeVigil is a security workforce management platform providing shift scheduling, attendance tracking, incident reporting, safety alerts, patrol management, and client portal functionality for security companies and their personnel.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of guards and managers in your organisation.
BeVigil is billed at $5 AUD per guard per month with a minimum charge of $30/month. Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted until a subscription is activated.
You may not use BeVigil to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the platform's operation. BeVigil is intended for legitimate security workforce management purposes only.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using BeVigil you grant us a licence to process your data as necessary to provide the service.
BeVigil is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
