How to get started
Download the app
Search for "BeVigil" in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code on this page.
Open and tap "Join organisation"
On the welcome screen, choose "Join with invite code" — not "Create account".
Enter your invite code
Your manager will give you a 6-character code. Enter it to link your account to your organisation.
You're in
Your shifts, sites, and patrol routes will appear automatically. Clock in when you arrive on site.
Common questions
Where do I get my invite code?
Your manager has it — ask them to go to Team in the BeVigil dashboard and share the invite code shown at the top of the page.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. The app creates your account automatically when you enter the invite code. You just set a password on first login.
What if I don't have signal on site?
The app works offline. Clock-ins, checkpoint scans, and incident reports are saved locally and sync automatically when you're back in range.
The app isn't showing my shifts — what do I do?
Make sure you joined with the correct invite code. If shifts still don't appear, contact your manager — they may not have assigned you to a shift yet.
